If you do your best, there is no way to judge yourself. And if you don`t condemn yourself, you won`t suffer guilt, guilt, and self-punishment. If you did your best and your inner judge is trying to judge you, you replied, “I did my best.” There are no regrets. That`s why we always do our best. It`s not about being perfect and it`s not about punishing yourself. Remember, with consciousness comes the decision to do things differently. You trained until it was automatic.
