We offer resources for SAP Project Documentation
a) Selection of candidates based upon face to face interviews.
b) Candidates need to be of Belgian nationality unless otherwise indicated.
c) All candidates need to be able to communicate in French and Flemish unless otherwise specified. Any candidates that do not have the required language skill set will not be considered.
d) All end user project documentation is made in Flemish and French. Technical documentation is made in English.
e) All positions need to be filled in on a full time basis.
f) All candidates will be evaluated by ERP program management after 3 and 6 months of service.
g) All résumés need to indicate the full name, age, SAP experience and project references of the proposed candidate.
h) Notice period of each contract is 3 months.
i) Location of work is Brussels unless otherwise specified.
j) Candidates need to be mobile across Belgium.
k) Contracting will be based upon daily fee rates, excluding VAT and expenses.
l) Travel and lodging expenses are included in your daily fee
m) ERP project holiday policies are in place and candidates need to follow these guidelines.
q) Experts will be allocated to existing process teams and need to follow general design guidelines which have been approved in 2006 and are applicable to all SAP modules and process teams.
This SAP project includes a major transformation of the company including the introduction of new management concepts such as standard costing, MRP planning, management reporting and other management techniques for all business processes.
The scope of this ERP implementation includes the SAP modules, FI, CO, SD, BW, MM, QM, PP, PS, PM, CS, WM, HR, CATS.
Since the go live, a central SAP process Competence Center is in place to support the end users all over the country. This SAP Competence center has the following major responsibilities:
a) Provisioning of first and second line support to end users
b) Coordination of all SAP technical related problems
c) Coordination of all SAP configuration and development changes
d) Central management of master data
e) Provisioning of process and SAP training
f) Launching of new SAP projects
g) Testing of configuration, development changes and interfaces
h) Documentation of SAP configuration, testing, training
SAP Solution manager and productivity pack are the major support tools currently being used in the SAP Competence Center.
