Validation Summary Report |
The Validation Summary Report (VSR) will be written upon completion of the PQ and documents the complete final validation status. A summary of post Go-Live activities and assessments will also be included. The VSR will demonstrate that all Validation Deliverables is complete and approved. Also, the VSR will demonstrate that all Acceptance Criteria described in this VMP is met. The VMP and VSR will have the same reviewers and approvers. Approval of the VSR marks the acceptance of the validation of the Project and closure of the package defining the validation of the Project |
